DUES AND FEES

Resident Equity Membership

The price of an equity membership may fluctuate at the seller’s discretion. Included in the price is a transfer fee of 25% or $5,000 (whichever is greater). The current low price may be obtained by calling the membership office at 801-365-0658.

A buyer's application is matched to the lowest seller's price at the time the application is received. A deposit of $1,000 must accompany the application. The balance due must be received within seven days following approval of the application by the board of directors. Applications received less than three days prior to the monthly meeting of the membership committee will be reviewed the following month. The membership committee meeting is usually held on the fourth Tuesday of the month; the board of director’s meeting is usually held the fourth Wednesday of each month.

Dues are $440.00 per month. The dues include cart fees, club storage, locker rental, driving range use, and a shoeshine package for the individual whose name appears on the membership certificate. These services may also be ordered for the member’s spouse on the following annual basis: club storage, $75; locker rental, $50; driving range, $125 (family-$225), and shoe-shine package, $40. These additional fees for service may be subject to sales tax. The capital improvement fund contribution is $57 monthly.

The patronage obligation is $200.00 quarterly.  Food purchases only are deducted from the patronage obligation.  Beverage purchases, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, do not apply, nor do tax and service charges.

The resident equity membership includes use of the golf course and range, swimming, bowling, restaurant, and lounge facilities. Membership privileges flow from the equity member to spouse and children, as defined in the club bylaws. Willow Creek Country Club is a no tee-time golf course. As with any golf course, there are play restrictions on certain days; i.e., Tuesday mornings are reserved for the ladies 18-Hole tournament, and Saturday mornings are reserved for members-only play.  There are no cart fees for members and their eligible family members.

Golf guest fees are $95.00, tax inclusive (includes cart and range balls). Golf guest fees for family members are $52.00 for 18 holes, tax inclusive, and $32.00 for 9 holes, tax inclusive (includes cart rental and range balls).  Family guest fees apply to family members that are one level in either direction from the member.  Special rates of $16 for nine-holes and $32 for eighteen-holes (includes cart rental and range balls) are extended to the adult children of members.

Social Membership

The price of the non-equity social membership is $801.38 (including tax of $51.38). The dues are $106.60 per month (including tax of $6.60). Minimum patronage is the same as explained above for the resident member.

The social membership is a family membership, and includes the spouse and children under the age of 24, as defined in the club bylaws. Facilities available to the social member include swimming, bowling, restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities. Golfing privileges are not included in this membership.
