The Wasatch Room

For larger meetings, parties, or more structured groups, Willow Creek offers the 3,600-square-foot Wasatch Room, with a 300-person capacity. The elegantly draped ceiling and chandeliers are set off by a full bank of floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the beautifully landscaped patio and golf course. A dance floor that complements the room is also available. Complete media connections are available in the Wasatch Room. 

The Quail Rooms

The more intimate Quail rooms, with a capacity of 60, offers summer patio access.  Each room has complete media connections, including wireless computer access. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that look onto the patio and waterfall.

The well-appointed Garden Room is available for evening functions, and holds 32 people comfortably.  For more casual events, your guests can enjoy the comfortable seating around the entertainment center before or after dinner.  For the special occasion, the Garden Room also provides an elegant ambiance for smaller cocktail parties or formal dinner presentations.

The Garden Patio

The  garden patio will provide a rich and elegant option for outdoor events.  A wedding or special event held near the seclusion of the waterfall grotto will provide a memorable ambiance to your special day.  Countless picturesque photo opportunities are possible nearby, with the majestic Wasatch Range serving as a stunning backdrop.

The Executive Board Room

The executive board room offers an exclusive, sophisticated setting with state-of-the-art technical support for the smaller, professional meeting.  Catering services are available to complement your board meeting, client presentations or negotiations.
