Swim Lesson Sign-Up Form 2013

Willow Creek's swimming and diving pool is open seven days per week, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Toddlers have their own wading area.  Deck chairs and grassy knolls are available for sunning.  Evening pool parties bring families together for enjoyable quality time. The pool has its own snack bar for members and their guests who may wish to enjoy a Willow burger and fries, ice cream, corn dogs, a fresh salad, or one of many other selections.

Guest Policy

Guest may use the pool only when accompanied by a member.  Guest fees are $6.00 on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.  On Tuesday evenings from 5:00-8:30pm, adult members may bring two guests free of charge.  Due to the large number of children who attend this free night, we ask that parents stay at the pool to supervise their children or guests.  If parents choose to leave, a guest fee will be charged.

Swim and Dive Lessons

 Swimming lessons are available for members and sponsored non-members.  Swim team and dive team are available for members' children and grandchildren.  The teaching staff is comprised of seasoned instructors and coaches who are committed and caring of their students.  Willow Creek's dive team won the 2005, 2008, and 2009 conference championship title.

Swimming and diving lessons are available to members for $75 per student/per session, and to sponsored non-members for $100 per student/per session.  Four sessions will be offered.  Each session will run for two weeks, Monday through Friday, for a total of ten forty-five-minute lessons.  Lesson times are 10:00, 10:45, and 11:30.

Swimming and diving lessons are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  Sponsored non-members may sign up after May 15.  Sign-up forms are mailed to all Willow Creek members.  Non-members may download the application at the link at the top of the page (available on May 15) or obtain an application at the clubhouse on or after that date. 

Lesson cancellations must be reported to the pool director at least one week prior to the lesson start date.  Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee that will be charged to the member's account.

Swim and Dive Team

Swim and dive teams are offered to children and grandchildren of members only.  The cost is $250 for girls and boys, and includes the team sweatsuit, team swimsuit, and cap.  Individuals may participate on both teams for an additional $10 fee.  Workout times for swimmers are 7:00-8:30am and 8:30-9:30am, Monday through Friday.  Workout for divers is from 8:45-9:45am, Monday through Friday.  Swimmers will be grouped according to age and ability.  Please consult the calendar that is enclosed in the swim packet for the dual meet schedules.  To participate in the conference meet, every swimmer and diver must participate in three dual meets
